Terms of Service
By accessing and using the services of Convenient Auto Servicing LLC. and it’s subsidiaries, dba Auto Service Delivered and Auto-Serv Az, I hereby accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, & RESCHEDULING
I hereby agree to the cancellation policy. Should I need to cancel, reschedule or otherwise be unavailable for my service appointment in circumstances where less than 24-hours notice is provided, that a one-time cancellation fee of $35 will be billed to my account or credit card. Should circumstances arise where my vehicle is unavailable for service, or I am unreachable upon arrival of my designated technician, a $15 late fee will apply immediately. Should I remain unreachable my appointment will be canceled 15-minutes after the scheduled appointment time with the full late fee and cancellation fee chargeable.
I understand and that in rare circumstances beyond the control of Convenient Auto Servicing LLC (such as extreme weather, motor vehicle collisions, absent employees, etc), my appointment may be cancelled & rescheduled with limited notice in which case no fees shall be owed or payable by either party.
ACCESS, PREPAREDNESS & PERMISSIONS
I hereby understand and agree to have my vehicle prepared for service 15-minutes prior to my scheduled service appointment. I understand that the term “prepared for service” constitutes parking my vehicle in a safe, low traffic location with the vehicles engine and hood facing outward, unobstructed, and easily accessible.
I understand that Convenient Auto Servicing LLC provides their services exclusively on locations where they have the consent of the property owner or manager to operate. I hereby understand this term and agree to have arranged all necessary permissions required to service my vehicle in the location it will be parked at the time specified above. I understand that failure to arrange these permissions may result in Convenient Auto Servicing LLC being removed from the service location mid-service rendering my vehicle disabled and cancellation fees will apply should this be the case. Owner will be liable for any fees or fines associated with not obtaining consent from the property owner prior to servicing.
DISTRIBUTION OF KEYS
I hereby understand and agree that my vehicle keys shall only be relinquished to the individual who provided them to the technician. I understand that I will not have access to the interior of my vehicle while it is being serviced and while the keys are in the possession of the technician.
I hereby understand and agree that Convenient Auto Servicing LLC takes no responsibility for valuables or other personal property stored inside my vehicle while it is being serviced. I understand that my technician will be working underneath and around the car, and my belongings may not be supervised at all times. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure valuables and personal property have been removed from my vehicle prior to service.
I hereby understand and agree that unless otherwise requested by the vehicle owner, Convenient Auto Servicing LLC will service my vehicle in accordance with the vehicle’s manufacturer requirements. This includes the use specified oils and filters as they are applicable to various manufacturer guidelines and standards. I understand and acknowledge that should I request my technician utilize a lower grade of oil or part than recommended by the vehicle manufacturer, that I am responsible for any immediate and or future ramifications such as premature engine wear from the use of conventional oil in a vehicle requiring synthetic oil.
I hereby understand and agree that all vehicles powered by internal combustion engines consume some quantity of engine oil by design, and that engine oil level should be monitored at regular intervals by the vehicle owner. I understand that Convenient Auto Servicing LLC does not make any estimations concerning oil consumption rate when providing oil change service interval recommendations.
I hereby understand and agree that as the owner or lessor of the vehicle receiving service it is my responsibility to ensure aforementioned automobile is receiving the necessary service as recommended by the company’s technician as well as the vehicle manufacturer.
REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
I hereby understand and agree that Convenient Auto Service LLC dba Auto Service Delivered are not “mechanics” and do not perform major repairs or provide diagnostics or repair suggestions. I also understand and agree that Convenient Auto Service LLC suggests a vehicle inspection by a ASE certified mechanic once per year. Convenient Auto Service is not liable or responsible for damage to the vehicle or individuals as a result of mechanical component failure. Convenient Auto Service LLC dba Auto Service Delivered does not authorize technicians to diagnose or provide repair advise. Any repair advise given is unauthorized and does not carry a warranty expressed or otherwise.
COMMUNICATION & MARKETING
I hereby understand and agree that by accepting these terms and conditions my email and phone number will be used by Convenient Auto Service LLC dba Auto Service Delivered for communications purposes included marketing and solicitation. Convenient Auto Service LLC will not sell your information to 3rd party companies.
WARRANTIES & LIABILITY
I hereby understand and agree that Convenient Auto Servicing LLC does warrant and guarantee that I the customer shall be reimbursed for any mechanical or property repair expenses incurred as a result of my use of Convenient Auto Servicing LLC’s services should it be determined that the mechanical malfunction, failure, or general damage was a direct result of the services rendered. I understand and agree that Convenient Auto Servicing LLC accepts no liability for any damages beyond those which the officer(s) of Convenient Auto Servicing LLC deem as reasonable.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
I understand and acknowledge that Convenient Auto Servicing LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who is rude to our staff, has outstanding unpaid invoices with the company, requests service on a vehicle the company’s staff deems to be unsafe, requests service in any location that the company’s staff deems to be inappropriate or unsafe, or is otherwise in violation of any of the aforementioned terms of service.
