What if you spill oil on my driveway? Every service comes with our NOT-A-DROP guarantee. Auto Service Delivered uses a Closed Loop process that drastically reduces the chance of oil spills. We take every precaution to leave your driveway as clean as it was before we arrived. In the unlikely event of a drop of spill we will pay to have your driveway professionally cleaned.
Do you offer Contact-Free appointments? Yes we proudly offer 100% Contact-Free service appointments at your home or office.
Can I supply my own filter and oil? At this time we do not allow customers to supply their own parts. For Auto-Serv to stand behind our service we must be confident that the products we use are the exact products required for your vehicle.
What are your hours of operation? In the summer we schedule appointments from 6am-11am and 4pm to 8pm 7 Days a week. Winter appointments are from 8am-7pm 7 days a week. Our office hours are M-F 8am-5pm. Excluding Major Holidays. Appointments can be booked online 24 hours a day.

Does Auto Service Delivered maintain my vehicles manufacturer warranty? Yes, Auto Service Delivered uses vehicle specific oil and parts. Some lube shops will substitute “acceptable” oil because they buy it in bulk. If your vehicle requires 0w-20 we will use 0w-20.
Do you guarantee your work? Yes, all parts used for your vehicle servicing come with a manufacturer guarantee. Auto Service Delivered also guarantees all work completed by our certified technicians.
Do you offer other repairs or maintenance? Auto Service Delivered specializes in vehicle servicing only. However we do partner with local mobile mechanics to complete other needed maintenance repairs. Please contact us for details.
Do you service Diesel Vehicles? Yes, we service up to 1 ton diesel vehicles. If you are unsure please contact us with any questions.
How does payment work? A credit card is required to book an appointment. Auto Service Delivered DOES NOT charge your card until the service has been completed. In the event that a technician cannot get ahold of you to complete the service appointment a $35 charge will be assessed to your card and you will need to reschedule your appointment. How do you dispose of waste oil? Auto Service Delivered works with local waste oil recyclers to ensure that 100% of the waste oil we collect is recycled.
What if I need to cancel my appointment? As a courtesy we request a 24hr notice of cancellation, however we understand life happens. We will only charge a cancellation fee if a technician has been dispatched to your appointment. Our cancellation fee is $35.

Can you service more than one vehicle per stop? Yes, we offer a discount for multiple vehicles serviced at the same location. Please let us know if you would like to add additional vehicles to your appointment.
