How Contact a Free Appointments Works.

We need your keys for a few different reasons. 1. We need access to your engine bay. 2. In-case we need to reposition your vehicle for servicing 3. We need to reset your oil life meter. How we get your keys is up to you.

For contact free appointments we prefer you leave your keys in the center console or the glove box of your vehicle, but we can also get the keys in the mailbox, under the door mat or by a rock. Just let us know where the keys will be.

When your appointment is complete we return the keys to the location you left them and document it with a photo.
